"It was ok but what I did not really like is that after booking, they took me to some where else. It was comfortable and nice. Also central area. Wasn't really a bad idea to stay there in the end. The people I met there were nice people "

"Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. "

"Reception was off when we arrived and asked the cleaner to let us in, we’re then told we hadn’t paid even though I showed my bank account - after a while we were let in however I called by the receptionist to say my payment still hasn’t gone through of which I diverted him back to Hotel.com for assistance. The cleanliness was so so the sick had bits in it and the hot water wasn’t very hot. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with the basis necessities such as shower gel or hairdryer, but if you just...

"I live near Southampton and run a company based near Stoke and this is my favourite perch; the kitchen lets me eat normally as I tend to keep strange hours. Just right size and facilities for me. Could just as well be a perch for a countryside break. Highly recommended "
