"Staff helpful and friendly. "

"Hicimos la reservación a través de expedia y cuando llegamos al hotel no existía nuestra reservación diciendo que ellos no trabajaban con expedia y tampoco buscaron la manera de resolvernos el inconveniente, tuve que tomar mis cosas y salir a buscar otro hotel a donde ir y encima me hicieron esperar más de 3 que según para que me entregaran la habitación y nosotros súper cansados fuimos a recorrer la ciudad y cuando volvimos nos encontramos con esta sorpresa, no recomiendo para nada este...

"What an amazing experience from the get go, Cesar met me at the dock and led the way to this beautiful secret piece of heaven Satori , it was perfect , so peaceful, my cabin was perfect clean , towel and mosquito net (although I was not bothered by any) I enjoyed the breakfast and my coffee in the morning. Cesar is just amazing felt like a good friend! His hospitality is so kind, welcoming and warm and nothing is too much to ask, he will help with anything! I’ve been introduced to delicious...

"Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Great service, the staff is helpful And super friendly. "

"Very charming town and wonderful people. Great place to spend some time lounging in the hammocks to the sounds of the village. Room was basic but had what you need. The meals offered are authentic and very filling. Electric/internet only a few hours a day so a great place to disconnect for a bit. "

"The place is okay but far away from the center transportation may be cost you a little.. also the place don’t refund customers if you change places"

"The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! "

"Its ok. Puerto Nariño is an incredible little town loaded with great people and Rodríguez was no exception. Unfortunately, unless they add mosquito netting over the beds I would NOT recommend staying there. Its one thing to be in the Amazon and wake up with some creepy crawlies in the room. It’s to be expected. But Amazon rain forest caliber bugs actually entering the bed and running across your body is simply not acceptable. Nor safe I might add. The addition of netting over the beds is really...

"Amazing stay"

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

"El hotel parecia una casa abandonada. No nos quedamos y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel."

"The property probably needs to be rated by some metric other than the condition of the pool (it doesn’t have one) and the functionality of the air conditioning (there was none). However, if you wanna place that is snuggled up right next to the jungle, where you can hear the pounding of the rain on your tin roof and the sounds from the forest, this is the place for you. Chickens and their children make their rounds morning and evening. You can spot the occasional monkey from the balcony. The...
