"I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "

"I felt very welcome. Staff was great & minded all my special requests. The room was clean, silent & the bed very comfy. Also the bathroom is spacious with a lot of storage areas. In sight-distance to the main station & walkable into centre in about 10min. Can't understand the 2✴️, stayed in 4 that were worse. "

"This hotel was near everything we wanted to do in Toulouse and was nearby several shops and places to eat. Beautiful city and room. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful."
