"This property has been open for a year, but I was only the second foreign guest to date. The location probably explains why, as it is deep inside a slum neighborhood with only dirt roads and lots of mud puddles. However, the saving grace is the hotel's management, who went above and beyond in providing excellent service. On the night we checked-in, torrential rain made it impossible to go out and get dinner. "J'avais une réservation du 2 au 4 octobre 2019 par Hotels.com.
A l'arrivée, les deux réceptionnistes m'ont annoncé qu'elles n'avaient pas de réservation à mon nom, et qu'en plus l'hôtel était complet !
La raison ? Nous ne travaillons plus avec Hôtels.com, car nous n'arrivons pas à nous faire payer...et nous ne pouvons pas les appeler non plus.
Bien sûr, le responsable n'était pas visible.
