"「朝食付き」は、嘘です。チェックイン時に、朝食について尋ねると、「オーナーがいないのでわからない」。３日間滞在しましたが、一度も朝食が出て来ることはありませんでした。近くに食べるところはあるものの、朝からやってるお店はほとんどなく、昼のお店が開く時間まで空腹を耐えなければなりません。スタッフはいるものの、昼過ぎまでいません。いても、大きなヘッドフォンをして一日中ゲームしてます。また、Wi-Fiは繋がりません（笑）モロッコあるあるなのかもしれませんが、サイトに書いてあることは守って欲しいです。また、宿の清潔感の判断は人によるかと。清掃はしてありますが、なんというか、古い家感あります。あまり、お客さんが来ないのでしょうか…ピカピカという感じではありません。私は耐えれるレベルでした。モロッコ全体がこんな感じなのかはわからないので、日本人感覚での評価になります。"

"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in the village of Imlil and its surroundings. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay, the food, the views and the peace and quiet temendously."

"Mkt serviceinriktad personal. Rent o fräscht. Poolen på taket var guld att ha i värmen. Trångt i medinan fast läget bredvid stadens stora sevärdhet var perfekt! Gå gärna på museet som ligger 5 min prom från hotellet. Som svensk vill man ha kaffe o i rummet fanns kapselbryggare o vattenkokare. Kaffe skulle ingå men det såg vi inte röken av trots påpekande. Skall man till El Kef är detta hotellet man ska bo på!"
