"The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. "Amazing and super quiet location with amazing views! The birds in the morning with the mountain view was spectacular! Hosts were so awesome as well. They offered to use the room a couple more hours to store my luggage as the luggage storage I had Pre-booked was closed! I stayed in May during off-season. 10 minute walk to the funicular or krupówki street. Would def stay here again. 100% book this place. "
