"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "With a short walk to either beach or shared swimming pool there aren’t much else you’d want in a resting place like koh Lanta to ask for. There was although problems with locking the bathrooms. The hostel is close to food and stores but there’s not the best roads for a long walk to different parts of the island. All in all a good experience."
