"Simplicity of the place is what you are paying. No fancy kitchen and rest room but at least they are always avaiilable and being cheched by staff for cleanliness. We were just 2 in the kubo hotel with fan and it was very comfortable. It was cold at night and needed to turn off the fan. Just make sure you got everything you need like food, water, alcoholic beverages and what not since they sell nothing in kubhotel and the stores close ealry outside or along the road. "The owner, Ms Veronica Hauschild, was very helpful & accommodating. Despite the fact that they didnt receive the Expedia booking in time, she still tried to accommodate me. Her sister-in-law was likewise very helpful. However, the property was far from the one advertised in Expedia - there was no wi-fi (which we badly needed), the mattresses were too thin & worn-out, no cable TV and water service was poor. We paid for rental of a house and got a shabby room instead."
