Kids loved sleeping together in the bunk room. The pool was nice and warm at 85oF. Great location, close to the beach in a nice residential area. The host was great to communicate with. "Nice, clean space, as advertised in the pictures. All amenities are complete. Host is very responsive. Had a lovely time on Bonita and Barefoot beaches. We walked there, nice not to have the hassle of finding parking on the beach."

"We stayed a week in Bonita Springs. The Tennks club condo was perfect for two. Right across the street from Bonita Beach and Doc’s beach House Bar and restaurant. Walking to beach and no parking worries was wonderful! The kitchen is very nice, has everything. The lanai is nice. Super comfy king bed. They had beach towels, chairs, toys. Etc. It will be even better when the pools get to open (waiting on inspection) and grounds and atrium fully restored. Nice place. We’d go back. "

"This place was PERFECT for our family of 5 and the hosting we did for 15 people. John was very responsive the few times we had questions. The pool was perfect, the barbecue grill was used and worked great. This house is so well kept, a great layout where our kids had their own wing of the house and a large gathering area near the dining room, kitchen and living room. We’re excited for the next time our family visits the area to book this house again! "
