"We had a group of ten adults and a baby. The property is in a great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. Several pack and plays and high chairs were available at the property . Both sections of the rental were fairly well stocked. The larger half had a big couch in a large space where we often hung out. The outdoor pool area wasn't fancy but we spent several hours lounging in the pool each day. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with my adult sons. It is a comfortable home...

"Just perfect for one or two people if you want a great location to walk to the beach and to Docs Beach House and Coconut Jacks. 3205 was an older unit but clean and was well stocked. Nice pool area. They are studio units with full kitchen and bathroom. Nice view of the Gulf. Property Manager Tucker very accessible and accommodating. Will he returning."

"All Great. Arlan and his team did a great job having the property ready for our stay after two hurricane's hit the area. There is still a bit of work for them to do but did not effect our stay. The house was perfect for our family and everything we needed was provided. We have stayed at many VRBO's and have always had to purchase some things that were not provided. That wasn't the case for our stay. Also the check out was great all we had to do was load and turn on dishwasher. Other...

"Our stay at this Bonita Springs vacation home was absolutely stunning! The home is located directly on the beach, which made everything so easy — no packing up the family and trekking from a public access point. The beach was literally just steps from the door!The sunsets were breathtaking every evening, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, allowing us to spend more time together. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the incredible views (we even spotted dolphins!), and relaxing beach...

"We stayed a week in Bonita Springs. The Tennks club condo was perfect for two. Right across the street from Bonita Beach and Doc’s beach House Bar and restaurant. Walking to beach and no parking worries was wonderful! The kitchen is very nice, has everything. The lanai is nice. Super comfy king bed. They had beach towels, chairs, toys. Etc. It will be even better when the pools get to open (waiting on inspection) and grounds and atrium fully restored. Nice place. We’d go back. "
