"Booking was needlessly complicated. The hotel never responded to emails and never answered calls. The hotel tried to charge me again for the room when I'd already paid in full through Expedia. The room was shabby and not very clean, old coffee/tea residue in mugs etc and music was being played untill 3am.
Personally i will never stay there again or use Expedia. I've had so much better experiences with your competitors so i will choose them again in the future and give them my business."

Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!!
Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!!
We waited two hours have no one call us back !!!
At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!!
We need our MONEY BACK "
