"Nos enviaron a otro establecimeiento de menor categoria, a través de calles oscuras. No nos dieron ningun tipo de explicación ni de compensación. Un desastre. Lo peor de todo es que nos pareció una practica habitual: Reservas en el establecimiento bonito y luego te envian al establecimiento de menor categoria que nadie ha reservado porque es malo."
