The room (11)was on the top floor so quite a few stairs to climb , it had ample space and plenty of electric sockets.The bed was very comfortable (however the seagulls kept us awake sometimes with their squawking in the early hours) A good selection of breakfast was brought up in a hamper by the owners which was a great start for the day. Good location for carpark and town . Would definitely stay again in one of the lower floors hopefully ."
