"We loved the Lemon Drop. Great for the family and the dogs. Very clean, had everything we needed, nice open living space, cozy sitting areas and bedrooms. The location was awesome, a block and half to the beach, two parks in walking distance, 'downtown' of Carolina Beach, boardwalk all within a few minute walk. And easy into Wilmington. "

"Conveniently located and the unit was in good condition. A perfect choice for a quick trip to the beach. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there is better access to clothes washers and dryers. None in the unit and several of the buildings communal units were out of order. This was not a problem for us as we were only there for a few days, but with beach gear, it would be hard for a week long stay. "

"Yes it was very welcoming and ready for us when we arrived. It was everything that we expected and had a memorable time as a family. Only issue was with the elevator but the repairman showed us what to do when it quit on us. Just needs some usual maintenance upkeep. "
