"This house is great! Wonderful for hanging out with a large groups and incredible lake views. Whitney and Brian were incredibly responsive and fully stock the house with everything anyone could ever need... plus they decorated for Christmas for our family visit which was so lovely! Can't recommend this place enough!"

"Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure."

"Host are amazing - very responsive, helpful and willing to go extra mile to make our stay comfortable. House is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and appliances (3! Coffee machines). With 4 bedrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone. Linens and towels were provided - which was a plus as we had a large family staying and bringing our own would have been a hustle. Washer and dryer are new and work perfectly. "

"We enjoyed the quietness of the property. The space was quite large and the porch and patio areas were very nice. The house was nicely furnished and provided what we needed. The bedroom/game room over the garage requires a few outside steps and there is no bathroom in that space. There was a basketball hoop in the driveway and a play set for the kids.
