"Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stündigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde. Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren würde, doch dieser war zunächst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten,...

"Room was reserved in advance via Expedia and I was asked at check in to pay for it. Shower has no caddy to place soap or shampoo everything had to be placed on the floor while showering, ordered instant Nescafé in the morning a small bowl was delivered with the sachets of Nescafe in it, no hot water, no cups. Pool staff are great with excellent service as well as the restaurant for breakfast. I expected more honestly for 500$ plus for a room, I could have booked 2 nights across the street at...
