"When I arrived there was no one to show me to my room. I phoned the number on my booking but they could not find any record of me having booked with the itinerary number I was given. They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume).
