"The stuff members starting from the general manager, the managers, the receptionists, the chefs, and the room service individuals were friendly, respectful, extremely helpful and accommodating. My 16-17 nights spent in this hotel went fantastic."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"The hotel is very nice and has everything you need. It is a well designed building which features a roof top kitchen with spectacular views of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations around the area. Overall it was a great stay and in my opinion the best hotel in Dhanmondi. Thanks again guys!"
