"Great cabin in woods but easy drive to Burnsville . Nice outdoor fire pit with wood . Comfortable bed. Take it easy of steep gravel road going to cabin to avoid ruts and rocks (we did not need 4wd , but probably would if snowing). Saw flock of wild turkey nearby. Burnsville is a cute town with some nice outdoor bars with food and live music and a few restaurants, shops, crafts. Near hiking and other outdoor activities. Less expensive and less crowded than Asheville. "
