"We booked through Hotels.com for a business trip in the area. We booked here because it was the closest to our destination. However, upon trying to check-in for our PRE-PAID room, the owner told us we didn't have a reservation AND that they don't take bookigs through Hotels.com and wanted us to pay again.
We did not. "
