"Beautiful ocean views. The house feels clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect little kitchen and the living room is comfy. The only issue I had were the pillows, they are extremely soft, had to go buy my own so I could sleep lol if you’re picky about pillows, bring your own!! "

"It’s not a 5minute walk to beach. It’s about 10 minutes to the ocean and then there’s a cliff. To go down to beach it’s 20 minutes. I chose this place because it’s a 5 minute walk. My husband is 74 and I am 72. We had to drive. It’s not worth it. They charge you a 150 for the hot tub. It’s not included in the price you see. It’s in all the add on fees. To much money for what you get. "

"Well appointed and beautifully decorated new home! The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed for making meals at the house and for a perfect day at the beach. Location is fabulous, a very nice neighborhood only few minutes to walk to Stepstone or Moonlight beaches as well as downtown Encinitas. Hosts were also very communicative and responsive. 10 out of 10! "
