"Check in was easy. Owner was very gracious and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Great for large families with children. Rooms are large and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with great appliances. The yard was large enough for multiple activites and we enjoyed cooking smores around the fire pit.The location was close to the beachs but the association beach was inaccessible to us due to lack of parking. "Located about 15 min away from the main Falmouth strip, big house but not if you are traveling with more than a couple people there is only one indoor shower (however the outdoor one is great in the summer). Clean but missing some basic stuff, hopefully the property manager can correct this before the next group. The place worked great for our group of four. You need some fast fingers for the lock.... you hesitate on the numbers and it will make you start over"

"This is a no frills, as is, 1-bedroom unit downtown Falmouth. If it’s a busy week, expect parking to be tricky and a bit of a game of roulette. Plenty of great food options close by. Unit 1 is a little loud as your bedroom is right by the staircase for a multi unit building- if you’re used to sleeping in any city you’ll be fine. Was in town for a work trip, would stay again."
