Lors de mon arrivée dans l après-midi la personne qui me reçoit me dit que la chambre n est pas tout à fait prête et de patienter quelques minutes ( il m a offert jne boisson pour patienter) Il revient ensuite me voir pour me dire que maintenant il ne trouve aucune réservation à mon nom.
