"Property was in a great location with large pool and direct access to ocean. Great music and DJ. The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view. However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. "The property is new but requires maintenance. Elevator usage is not allowed. Mattresses are very hard and not comfortable. Head clearance in bedroom very low and you risk to bump your head every morning and night. No internet in the bedrooms. Light bulbs either missing or not working especially in the bedrooms. Water pump malfunctioning. Stairs within the apartment very steep and narrow especially when taking luggage upstairs and downstairs. "
