"This hotel is not in the safest area for solo travel. There were a lot of people loitering outside of the property. There was a loud vibration noise above my room all night, and people were out and about surrounding the hotel at all hours talking loudly. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was not hot, it was essentially just cereal. You get what you pay for here!"

"Be careful what room you pick on Expedia. I called the hotel itself and asked if a a 2 queen room was available. The front desk person said there is. The price on Expedia was cheaper than what she said, so she suggested I use that to book. I stayed on the phone with her until she received my reservation. I paid a little more and booked a 2 queen bed room. When my husband got there, it was 1 bed and a couch (not even a pullout). I called the front desk this morning and a different front desk...

"The staff is completely unprofessional. I will not book another Hilton affiliated hotel when there are plenty of other hotel chains who are willing to be compassionate during a family emergency. 10/10 do not recommend. "
