"We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. "

"This place was perfect for our Mom & Daughters weekend. It had everything we needed plus more. The decor was super cute! Location was private and close to town. "

"My Husband and I enjoyed our stay in the adorable cottage. Center of town, enjoyed all that Arrow Rock has to offer. The home is very well appointed for. The kitchen has a plethora of all the tools one would need to cook anything. We only made coffee, everything is neat and tidy. The decor is wonderful and had we had more time I would have picked one of the many books and read on the screened in porch. I did have my morning breakfast on the side patio while listening to birds brighten my day....

"Easy access, quiet worked great for our needs. Only one thing was air conditioning was turned off so when we arrived after 5 pm it was very hot, took about 3 hours to cool down. "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. Dinnerware and appliances were good with the exception of the coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were average. Shower head and tub faucet need immediate replacing. Unacceptable calcium build up on the shower head with limited range of motion. Rooms also need iron and ironing board. "
