"Por empezar, para hacer check in adelantado, tenía que avisar 24h antes, y me enviaron esa información el mismo día. Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. El personal educado, y la limpieza...

"Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. "El apartamento fue horrible para empezar la puerta hacia la entrada del apartamento estaba como forzada,la puerta principal abierta 24h.Nada mas entrar una peste a tuberia/cloaca toda la casa tube que comprar ambientadpr y una vela .Piertas media rotas no se podia ni cerrar biien ,estubimos 8 dias sin lavadora ,estantes se la nevera rajadas ,congelador todo lleno de hielo,telarañas ppr todos sitios.Encima te piden que revises el apartamento las 4h primeras por si hay defectos que ellos ya sabran...

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
