"Beautiful property with around a quiet neighborhood with the convenience of a shop across the street for late night cravings , close to the city and airport, has a parking space just for you aswell, my room had a beautiful view of the mountains which i was lucky to see the sunrise at every morning, super quiet i thought it was just me staying there i definitely recommend this over a hotel :)"

"Loved this property! Great location in Kihei, walking distance to the beaches and a lot of food options. It was nice to be away from the busy main street noise. Window a/c unit in the living room kept the space at a nice temperature-having the ceiling fans on and keeping the bedroom door open helped the a/c reach the bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrella! A lot of amenities were provided and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Location of Maui Banyon is perfect. This unit is very tired and could certainly do with an upgrade. Bathrooms - could not use tub as the stopper was badly corroded as were the tips of the liquid soap containers in each bathroom. So simple to improve appearance.Both bathrooms could use a complete reno!Paint is worn off furniture. Two slice toaster was old. Did not have any contact with property manager so rated this 1"

"This is my second stay in this unit and both have been great experiences. It is very close to the top pool yet it is still private and quiet. I love the L building in the back as it's quiet and mellow. "
