"Great hotel, great location, great friendly staff"

"Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Very nice and well kept and very affordable. It is not far from the airport and approx. 45 minutes from Nha Trang. Rooms are spacious, and very clean! Will definitely stay again!"

"The property was in a good location with many restaurants, shops and close to the beach."

"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in we would have left right away, but being tired we spent one night and left early in the morning even though we had paid for two nights. This hotel is terrible, as well as not close to...

"This is a new and very clean hotel in a nice little shopping are. Right now it’s a construction zone but it will be wonderful when work is done. I am going back in 2 months. "

"Many times stayed this hotel, friendly staffs. Restaurants nearby, beaches 10 minutes walk."

"Worn place."

"In general the hotel is okay, but it is missing quite a few things which would make it a whole lot better. Breakfast could have more variety, eg some yoghurt and choice of fresh fruits instead of a plate full of just one, bad luck if you happen not to like it. Some more basic toiletries like shampoo and soap would be appreciated, the toothbrushes were pointless. I felt really unwelcome when we arrived late at night. The booking through hotel.com had not yet come through to the hotel, and they...

"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

"Friendly and excellent value."

"It was generally great. Thank you for the good service, I will visit again if I go to Nha Trang again."

"Staff are friendly , the rest is ok with the price"
