"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didnโt speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I donโt speak any Korean. "

"The property was close to the market and buses, and the staff were always friendly. No complaintsโit was exactly as advertised. Worth noting that itโs not close to many of the nature-related sites (~45 mins to an hour to most), but thatโs obvious if you look at the map when booking. "
