"No one at front desk when I left before 7 AM so I tossed my room keys on their desk. Maybe have a box where customers can deposit their room keys?"

"Great staff"

"The staff is very helpful and friendly. I also really appreciate the full size fridge with freezer. I can re-freeze my ice packs and all my food stays cold for my travel the next day."

"There were many broken things in the bedroom and bathroom."

"出張で一泊利用しました。 建物が大きく、廊下も少し臭いが気になりました。館内の構造が分かりにくく、部屋まで行くのに迷ってしまいました。 一方で、施設の規模に対してフロントは小さく、ロビーもほとんどないため、少し簡素な印象です。 空港まではUberで約40分。空港へのアクセスはまずまずでした。 一泊だけの利用でしたが、施設の分かりやすさや共用スペースには少し改善の余地を感じました。"

"YUCK"

"Dirty didn’t feel safe but everywhere"

"When calling to check on our reservation, they told us we did not have a reservation. I insisted we did and he left the phone for a moment and came back and said they had no reservation for us. Now we have been charged for a night stay and cannot get our money back."

"Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Property was clean but starting to show its age. Overall, not spectacular but no regrets either."

"Worst experience ever the hotel has no hot water. Front desk told me it doesn’t work when the hotel is sold out. But once lots of people left my water was still cold. They charge you for new bed sheets if yours get dirty. The room had bugs also. The manager is a nasty lady that’s very rude and will not accommodate you she will just ignore you and threaten to call police on you"

"Decent for a night's stay. Clean rooms and property. Pet fee is pricey and breakfast choices were ok."
