"The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up."

And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. "

The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
