"温泉宿ですが、まず、何か設備に不具合があり室内の浴室は使用出来ませんでした。元々、私は大浴場での入浴を予定していたので問題ではないのですが、妻はガッカリです。
その大浴場も16時のチェックインと同時に早々に入浴をしたかったのですが、『18時からしか利用できません』とのこと。18時まで待っていよいよ入浴したのは良いが、湯温はぬるくイマイチでした。
設備の故障や不具合が起こるのは避けられない場合もあるのは理解しますが、故障に備えて日頃からメンテナンスしておいて欲しい。
温泉を楽しみに訪問しているのですから、そうゆう事情(温泉施設の不具合)は事前に連絡もなかったし、料金のサービスぐらい考えて欲しい。"
