The mattress felt like it was very worn and saggy and there were popped springs that poked my back. I woke up in pain each night. I was also not informed that there wouldn't be WiFi until I got there. There wasn't any warning about this when I made the reservation and I had planned to make work zoom calls. It's a lovely space and lovely idea, but it could use some improvements for the price. "

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "
