"This was resort property of vintage cabins in a fairly remote area, very DIY and not a lot of amenities... which was perfect for us. No restaurants nearby, but the cabins had kitchens, and the lodge had a bar with a small menu of bar food (pizzas, fries, nachos). The couple who staffed the lodge were very friendly and helpful, and the locals we met were very nice! "

"This resort was what we needed for a quick getaway. Love how the beach was close and love that there were free things to use on the lake like kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and a lily pad.The fishing was really fun, too. "It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it."
