We traveled 16 hours to get to our rental and was on the phone for 8 of those hours while driving trying to get the check in info which was never sent with my itinerary. I had to speak with 8 different customer service reps including 2 supervisors, all foreign and were very hard to understand. "I have been in Sallisaw a couple times and needing a house, and this may have been one of the few available, but it is clean, has good space in the kitchen/living area and great beds. My friend liked the mattress so much he is buying one. Always a good stay here. "
