"Hotellet ligger fantastisk dejligt oppe i bjergene nord for Verona, værelserne er meget basic, men velfungerende, vi fik en virkelig god middag i restauranten og generelt giver personalet en skøn service, man føler dig nærmest som venner af huset. "Ideally located in the heart of Vicenza and only a 10-15 minute walk from Vicenza train station. 15 mins if carrying a backpack. Well I totally botched up our booking and didn’t realise until just before we were due to arrive. I explained our dilemma on arrival and the concierge was very understanding and helpful. Room was fantastic, great amenities, exceptionally clean and a quiet and efficient air conditioner. Lovely continental breakfast. Definitely recommend Palazzo Otello. Safe area and hotel environment if travelling as a solo female."
