"People not well training to receive international travelers. ( very hard to english comunication)
Room is terrible condition:
Bad shower
Bad bed
Also, I need to do a early check out, and they do not know how to do it. The reservation was for 4 nights, I could not stay more than one night due to hotel condition.

Amenites - Swimming pool is beautiful!
Service - Now this is where I was a little disappointed! No menu as such, no beverage available, limited food options.
When you go to a resort for a weekend getaway, you expect good service, drinks to chill and have a good time. Specially when you pay 5k-6k, you expect a lot. But this bit disappointed me. I don’t mind spending 6k, but should be worth it!"
