"Food was terrible. Beach’s were loaded with cigarette butts. Evening shower was nearly cold water. Room wasn’t cleaned and no towels for 2 days. Had to ask for clean bath towels and room to be cleaned 3rd day.
Pool was nice. Staff were very nice."
"It was great if you have children - which we don't. There is a lot for them to do. The views from sea view rooms are great. And it's nice it has its own beach. The food was plenty, but not really good. We probably should not have stayed in an all inclusive."
"Pros
• Clean facilities: The hotel's common areas and rooms were clean.
• Excellent massage: The deep tissue massage by Elena at Lenga Spa was the best massage I've ever had.
• Nice beach: The beach was clean, sandy, and well-suited for children.
Cons
• Limited vegan options: Suitable food was scarce, warm vegan meals were missing at times, and some days completely lacked plant-based protein sources. Soy milk was available at breakfast, but there were no plant-based yogurts. No vegan desserts at...
"Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. Bar is closing at 11pm, from 11 to 12:30am bar is open but you have to pay for drinks. There is no place to get snacks after dinner is closed. Food variety at the buffet is not that good but overall is ok.
I liked that you can always find sun bed on the beach or by the pool. Pool is warm and deep 2m. Entertainment at the evening was boring and there is...
In...
