"I wanna start this review off by saying that the staff was absolutely excellent and very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms twice. Both of the initial rooms that we were given on the first floor smelled like urine and pet odors. Those were in building C. The room that we were given in building A was tolerable but not pleasant. "every thing was great"

"This experience was positive. They made it easy to check in and have a safe and clean space for my dogs and I to stay."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this place was absolutely terrible. Filthy bathrooms, dirty sheets with cigarette burns, corroded taps, smelly rooms, broken heating, and barking dogs made for a miserable stay. The staff were unhelpful, and the breakfast was awful. Definitely needs to be cheaper for a stay like this"

"The carpet was dirty with many spots. The vent on the wall had dust build up in it, the towels had hair on them."
