Water is good pressure and heater option, bed is very firm and slept well.. has TV but we did not use, has wifi but did not use. "If you want a getaway from the hustle and bustle, this will be the place to go. Do not expect 5 stars hotel quality coz this is outdoor living. I prefer to call this glamping since the bed in the tent is comfy unlike camping in the outdoors. The staff here are friendly. "Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

"Nice environment,can see a bit of sunrise Nice staff but English not good, a bit hard to communicate. No wifi in the resort. Water heater not hot enough, better service. Should prepare slippers in the resort. Recommend to stay in 'summer' but not 'winter' "
