"This experience started off really badly due to Hotels.com allegedly not having paid the property. We were asked to pay when the owners arrived but after proving that we had already paid, the owners let us stay but were still adamant that they hadn't been paid. Unfortunately, we believe them. "A well positioned hotel with comfortable beds and good water pressure and hot water. Although we booked a standard room we were allocated one with a big terrace. The views across the valley were lovely. There was an issue over payment which was resolved very quickly and professionally. We had a good (included) breakfast but did not eat supper here as we were too hungry to wait for 9pm when they opened."
