"Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

"We had a great stay at Azores Inn and Family Suites! We were travelling with our five-month-old and were really impressed with how easy and convenient everything was. The staff were very responsive, check-in/check-out was super simple with coded access, and they provided a crib and baby bath, which was a huge help. "Beautiful apartment. Really large and well organized. Beautiful ceilings, deck outside to eat and lounge chair to relax, even had a reading nook with pillows, really cute. The ceiling had wooden beams and the decor was amazing. They even left us a bottle of Rosé. The beds were comfy. We had our private parking. It's a little too far to walk to downtown but we had a car so we were OK. There are some cockroches in the Azores because of the humidity, one found it's way into the apartment...
