Seguido de que no tenĂ­amos ni sĂĄbanas ni edredĂłn, pasamos frĂ­o la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sĂĄbana encimera, ni edredĂłn, ni sĂĄbana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchĂłn del sofĂĄ cama, una vergĂŒenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofĂĄ. QuerĂ­amos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. El personal educado, y la limpieza...

"A new Hotel Much better than the 2 star rating. Clean, comfortable with great staff and superb breakfast to suit all tastes. Stayed for a short ski break 2026. A 5 min casual walk to the lifts, plenty of local shops and access to free ski locker. A nice change from some of Pas `s tired accommodation. "

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
