"Very clean room, adequately staffed at hotel. Friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating. Would stay there again. Toilet is low seated; feel that could be updated. Hotel sits back from Hampton Inn with no clear identifying sign for Holiday Inn Express. Would be helpful for Hotel signage. "

"Hallway smelled like weed. There was a young crowd in the lobby when we first came in. The were surrounded by beer and liquor bottles. Were loud and drunk. Considering my mom and I were attending a ladies retreat/church trip. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Staff at front desk was pleasant. Rooms seem out dated. Musty smell. "

"Leon greeted us upon arrival. So sweet, so knowledgeable. He was great. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hot breakfast was wonderful and filling. The hot chocolate station was so Cool. All the staff we encountered were so sweet and helpful. All the ladies at the Breakfast Station were so sweet and made sure my hubby and I had everything we needed. I couldn't rave about this hotel more. The Hotel Way exceded my expectations. Thank you All"
