Perhaps this owner is new to VRBO so isn't familiar with a lot of the customs such as providing substantive email communication on inquiries, a rental contract, and a property book in the house ( explaining how trash pick up works, tvs, what to do on checkout, etc.). "I love the reunion resort complex. This particular unit was essentially brand new, and very nice. The host was easy to work with. My only complaint is the parking situation. It’s approximately a 5 minute walk to get to the parking lot for this unit. "
