"The hotel is run down. Staff are great. Room was clean. Food options very limited."

"I’m"

"Everything was great! Very close to the airport. You can hear planes but it's not that bad."

"My room was near the elevator shaft and it was extremely loud. Not normal for an elevator and I approached the staff about another room, but they didn’t do anything for me. I didn’t get much sleep that night and was very unsatisfied with the hotel not doing anything for me."

"Clean, well maintained, able to use hotel airport shuttle anytime to connect to trains to downtown Toronto."

"Friendly staff. Great place"

"We liked the modern room and very modern bathroom! The beds were comfortable. Our dog liked it here too."

"Dust everywhere, stains in lamps, stains in walls, door panel was peeling off, key card would fail every day, no amenities, breakfast is terrible and nothing left by 9am in the morning, very noisy."

"Everything was okay. Clean and comfortable enough."

"Reasonably priced and breakfast included!!"

"Very friendly staff. Professional and attentive. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was not very clean. Overall good experience with staff and food was easy to access in the area."

"Cheap and cozy place to stay in downtown Toronto. Wish they had lockers to lock personal belongings as the pods don’t lock. But overall great place to stay!"
