"Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. "Good location in the center of town. We are stayed in the new annex across the road with a pool, communal kitchen and games area. Room was spacious with AC and fan. The breakfast was included and choices changed every day. Lots of activities depending on the night (free pasta, quiz, salsa night, etc). Easy to book tours at a good rate and well organised."

"We had a lovely stay in Selvista! The location was perfect, close to so many great activities on Ometepe. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views and peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was also really good, we felt well taken care of the whole time. "This hotel is close to the Center, in a very quiet street with a view of the Mombacho Volcano. The Manager speaks very good English and to able to advise us on the places to see, always fussing really very nice! the room are large and comfortable, the beds too, own bathroom and wifi works very well. the terrace with the balcony upstairs with the view on the volcano is superb. In addition it is the cheapest in the city, I really suggest!"
