"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Los encargados eran simpáticos pero me quede 7 dias y ellos solo han limpiado mi habitación 2veces y cuando he ido a pagar me cobraron 1 dia de mas y cuando me he ido a quejarme simplemente me han dicho que están ocupados y ya no le he vuelto a ver, por lo demás la estancia estuvo bien , en cima que he llevado conmigo un perro de raza pequeña , que estuvo conmigo en todo el tiempo. "
