"For two days we had no hot water. Day the repair guy came and repaired it but the day spoiled. I was there to lay my sister to rest. Not to mention a guy approached my young daughter about parking. When confronting him he never responded as to who was. He just said we couldn’t park under the unit and our name has to be on the deed and ONLY the owners of the property could park there.
