Learn more about Segur-le-Chateau

Check out Jumillac Castle and Château de Hautefort—just a couple of the sights around Segur-le-Chateau.

This 'plus beau village' is a little off the beaten track, but worth a visit. Its eponymous chateau is privately owned and left to ruin above the village, but the beautiful small river winds through it and there is a lovely park by the river with picnic tables and a couple of restaurant/bars. Apparently they hold a famous barbecue or two there in summer.
